Worked with agent Curt Ware on the purchase of a new home and the selling of my existing home. Curt was very responsive throughout the entire process of buying and selling my new and old home. He was helpful in many ways during the process, all the way up to and including closing the deal. He went above and beyond my expectations. My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and couldn’t have had a better experience with Bob and Curt. They were extremely knowledgeable of the area and what they do. They had a really good idea the house we were looking for. We finally found a house and it happened to be a short sale. They let me know right from the beginning that this process was going to take a little longer then your traditional buy (which was expected).
